After boot up "/lib/udev/input_id /devices/virtual/input/mice" is running at
~99% CPU until I kill -9 it. Doesn't seem to affect anything after I kill

As Octavian Voicu reported, the patch lets skencil start, but the the actual
bug is just prevented from raising an exception. The intended file menu is
repeated thrice. Skencil does work, but the bug isn't fixed.

I gave it a shot to fix this but it seems like it's not at easy as I
expected seeing my limited knowledge of haskell. Nevertheless I found
