Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an NMU for sox (versioned as 14.3.0-1.1) and uploaded it
to DELAYED/2, according to devref §5.11.1. The patch simply adds a

Bug #549427 [samtools] samtools 0.1.6
Dear SAMtools developers,
The C version of SAMtools is redistributed by the Debian project for multiple
hadrware architectures. I included simple tests in the build process, where the
non-interactive commands from examples/00README.txt are executed. This
uncovered a ’Bus error’ error on the Sparc

hi,
the problem is that module-assistant sets

but instead if you call the upstream makefile directly,

The full fix for the problem with --enable-compile-warnings will be
made upstream for 3.0.1.
