iBook G4. Lazarus is just metapackage and I tested lazarus-ide which
contains the binaries.
So I find it still as not solved.

To fix this FTBFS, just add a Build-Depends on libltdl-dev.
There is another problem related to this, because mit-scheme currently depends
on libltdl3, which is no longer in Debian, but it also build-depends on itself,
