Since my patch to get mpd building with tremor on arm was accepted and
uploaded quicker than I anticipated, mpd is now unable to play oggs on
arm until this bug gets fixed. So I'm upgrading the severity.

so, this issue is happening because postgresql in sid is now version
8.2, not 8.1 anymore. This package is failling to build because it
