I'm about to upload an NMU for F-Spot that fixes the FTBFS as suggested by
Cyril in the bug report.
I'm also adding dbus as a Dependency for F-Spot, since the program does not

The other easy way would be to delete the link, because
/usr/bin/centericq is just a simbolic link to centerim, I will put it
in some maintainer script.

Here the normal way is remove centerim and after install centerm-utf8
apt-get --purge remove centerim
apt-get -V install centerim-utf8
I will fix it doing a mutual conflicts rule between centerim,
centerim-utf8 and centerim-fribidi.

This problem isn't really fixed yet. Since you have a:
Depends: libc6-i386 (>= 2.6-1)
It will upgrade libc6-i386 before lib32z1, and you'll get the problem.
You should make sure that lib32z1 gets upgraded before libc6-i386.

afaik, iceowl never build on that arch before ... however, this looks
more like buildd breakage than an issue with iceowl. Maybe just try to
respin ... as gcc complains about headers that do exist (as on other
archs)... and that are not arch dependent.

The following is patch for this bug. But, I disabled 06-amd64.dpatch
patch, since it was conflict with this patch. May be you need to
rewrite that patch using this one.
