Sorry, this bug is not completely resolved. I should have been explicit
when I filed the bug report -- audacious-plugins did not just have the
versioned build-dep on libcurl3-gnutls-dev, the audacious-plugins-dev package
also has a versioned dependency on libcurl3-g
