I confirm that including seems useless. The following
patch drops the include. It fixes the FTBFS on mips, and still
successfully builds on alpha, i386 and sparc. I didn't check any other
architecture, but I am pretty confident it will work too.

I am filling this bug to document that the restart call of the daemon
is currently broken. This sadly effects the unstable version as well.
The package installs fine, but the daemon is only stopped on restart
and not started again. I am about to fix that,
