Bug#929151: netdata-core: version in stretch-backports newer than version in buster

With the release of Buster this weekend, Netdata seems to have moved away from stretch-backports without any warning. The tracker [1] still reference the 1.12.1-2~bpo9+1 version. Do you planned to add another version to stretch-backports ? Thank you for your work ;) [1]: https://tracker.debian
