Hi,
I'd like to report that I'm not seeing this error.
When I compile and run the program from Ted's mail, I just get some
HTML from example.org in stdout as expected.

the attached Calc file was created and saved with Windows Openoffice
4.1.3. It displays normally when read under Linux with Gnumeric
1.12.41.
When read with Libreoffice, cells in C3:C30, whose text colour is Red4
The attached patch would change s390 installation behavior to be in line
with other architectures w.r.t IP configuration.
As a side effect it would remove the requirement to build a
netcfg-static binary in d-i/netcfg.
