Thanks for the report, Paul. Wow, that's annoying! I'd assumed debhelper had some dh_ thing in its pipeline that automatically noticed .service files being installed in the relevant places and emitted pre/post code to tickle systemd appropriately, or that dpkg would trigger on the .service fil
