Bug#981325: logcheck: Remove support of syslog-summary package.

Package: logcheck Version: 1.3.23 Followup-For: Bug #981325 I've used syslog-summary for a long time in conjunction with logcheck. I see that it has been removed from Debian. Is there any plans for having something similar so that the logcheck reports can be smaller and avoid the repeated mess
