There is an open bug[1] in the LibreOffice bugtracker since
I recently upgraded a system from debian 10 to 11 and stumbled on this
bug. I purged all packages that remained in state rc from the
previous debian version and this solved the problem.

Could be a problem between KDE and GTK, so I tried a copy & paste from
terminal (konsole) to Kate (text editor for KDE, like gedit) and Inkscape.
Was normal using "Ctrl+v". When I tried (other time) in Writer, pasted in
double again.
Other thing was to del the local folders of LO (.config
