I also support this request. As already said by others the noise leve
I recently joined the rust team and was surprised to find that they don't have
a debian mailing list.
There are important discussions scattered around bugs and IRC. A
mailing list is necessary for proper technical discussion, and it's
quite right for significant languages/teams to have one.
So,
I also support this request. Due to the noise I never look at the messages on
pkg-rust-maintainers unless I'm looking for the status of a specific package,
so all human messages are lost.
