Same thing here, on my debian unstable installation.
I did this to "force" dpkg complete the installation, but I do not know if it
is correct
mkdir /usr/lib/policykit-1/
cp /usr/libexec/polkit-agent-helper-1 /usr/lib/p

I confirm the bug.
After fixing postinst script, package installation complete without
error, but service restart fails because it can not find polkitd, which
has been moved in /usr/libexec/polkit.

I did a dist-up anyway. Now, no sound via pulseaudio, mocp in/decreasing
volume not working, cmus won't play audio files...
