WolfSSL will not work with 2.1.2's mkfs.ubifs authentication support. It
does not have an extra flag to disable it. So the best solution is to
wait for OpenSSL 3.0 to arrive in Debian, which can be used by mtd-utils
without license issues.

mtd-utils can be built with AES support. As OpenSSL cannot be used for
license reasons, compile with wolfSSL's OpenSSL compatibility layer.
