Hi!
Quick fix:
I extract the UICommon.so from the original Oracle package
(
https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/6.1.0/virtualbox-6.1_6.1.0-135406~Debian~buster_amd64.deb
) and it works.
Please add this file to the file list.

This error message is printed when trying to start virtualbox:
/usr/lib/virtualbox/VirtualBox: error while loading shared libraries:
UICommon.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

When running from shell, there is missing UICommon.so file
$ VirtualBox
