I cannot build the package for postgresql 12, because pglogical is still
not available for postgresql 12, which this extension depends on.
Hmm... I don't really understand this error and I can't reproduce it. I am
running postgres 11 package 11.6-1.pgdg16.04+1 and my tests all pass. Do
