Thanks for pointing out this.
I fixed explain/DIVERSIONS and explain/ALTERNATIVES;
the ones also used by cruft-ng engine rewrite.
As I don't know Perl I rewrote those two as bash scripts.
I need some more help for "explain/dpkg".
Cruft is also broken by UsrMerge anyway (#941998)
