As far as I can see everything is OK.
You were updating from 2.0.6-2 to 2.0.6-3 and this was tested here as you can
see below.
What I can assume is that even your 2.0.6-2 installation was broken and thus the
diversion was not done.
However this does not explain that your diversions file

The only thing which helps is forcing it, but it gives a huge load of
