Control: tags -1 upstream Control: forwarded -1 https://github.com/biocore/pynast/issues/20 I managed to create a patch using 2to3 but pynast depends python-cogent vesion <= 1.9 which is Python2. The python3-cogent3 package has a different API and is not compatible with pynast any more. If upstr
