Bug#935621: openstack-dashboard: incompatible with django 2.2

Hi, I'm very much aware of this issue, but can't find a way to fix it myself. openstack_auth/views.py is using a login() function instead of the now required LoginView class. I'm not skilled enough in Django to do this myself, and upstream unfortunately doesn't feel it's urgent. Until this is fixe
