Control: tags -1 +patch
Here's a patch to implement this metapackage.
It has to be arch:any as dpkg-dev resolves architectures at package build
time rather than during install.
I've filed it as
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/valgrind/-/merge_requests/2
if you prefer that over a patch.

usually to run tests. Such lists are tedious to maintain and invariably
