Dear Maintainer,
I believe, this issue is caused by the long text in the html-switcher. In
German (I am using a German environment) there is "HTML Nacxhricht" and "Keine
HTML Nachricht" which is a long text and makes the bar very lon

in the laatest version of kmail (18.XX) it is no more possible, to deactivate
the html-switcher in the message window (I meant the vertical bar on the left
side in the message window).
