Setting the tag just to make it clear that I personally don't plan to
work on this, but would happily package a new upstream if someone wanted
to adopt it. I think the current upstream would welcome this.

I have some users who need to use both git and svnserve, so I can't use
git-shell and I can't use rssh as it stands.
