Control: retitle -1 s_client connect hangs on this website
This hangs:
openssl s_client -connect console.online.net:443
it didn't a few weeks ago (and i'm using a debian/sid updated daily).

since a few days i can no longer open https://www.online.net/fr
(i'm giving the non-redirecting address here, usually i just open online.net).
I tried opening it with epiphany-browser and with custom test code,
and it won't go
