This looks like a problem in the communication with the server. You
will probably find the missing files in the lost+found directory.
I would be very surprised if this problem really depends on the version
of Debian.

I can connect to a server and I can copy files into the mounted directory, but
after reread the directory
it's not contains the copied files.
This bug only occurs on jessie and stretch workstation, but everything works
well on wheezy.
