Just hit this bug very hard after our remote access was replaced from
OpenVPN to IPSec-only access. All devices can connect except the Debian
notebooks. Please bring back EAP-PEAP support into Debian - we don't
want to switch to Ubuntu.

Dear Maintainer,
I'm feeling really stupid, beeing the only one, unable to use certain
vpn connections i really need. Everyone else can connect: Windows
(naturally) Apple, Andoid, event iOS devices, but with my debian system
I can't use them.
Especially in university environments with quite divers

Dear Maintainer,
The eap_peap plugin seems to be missing from Debian builds of
strongswan. This plugin may be available/needed in 5.2.x versions
of the packages in addition to 5.5.x
