control: retitle -1 build package with test fully enabled
Test code issue summary:
BASHISM: pushed -> comited patch to salsa master
--enable-memconf -> ChromeOS feature
I created branch to enable this and tagged it as memconf
Still fails

I just build 1.5.19-4.
Even with XDG_RUNTIME_DIR patch from Simon, test fails.
For the sake of having useful piece of package, I keep disabling test
code.
Anyway, here is a log:
