The attached patch seems to allow me to build QEMU with virgl support
(at least it passes the ./configure check with pkg-config).

qemu uses pkg-config to detect libvirglrenderer package to use. Please
include virglrenderer.pc to libvirglrenderer-dev.
Maybe, add line to debian/rules/libvirglrenderer-dev.install?
