Documenting:
As per talked in #debian-multimedia and #debian-mentors, this package
would go to contrib since policy 2.2.1 says "must not require or
recommend a package outside of main for compilation or execution".
Options are:
a. Put in contrib
b. Package a drum kit data set(~2GB)
Control: owner -1 m...@debian.org
