Here's a patch, tested on my Seagate Dockstar.
Default behavior:
$ sudo flash-kernel
DTB: kirkwood-dockstar.dtb
Installing kirkwood-dockstar.dtb into
/boot/dtbs/4.2.0-0.bpo.1-kirkwood/kirkwood-dockstar.dtb
