I had the same issue a while ago and posted a patch for this issue to the
cogl bugzilla (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=771587), but I
haven't seen any response yet.

After installing fglrx-drivers-15.9-2 (i know, nonfree binary blob, but anyway)
