Bug#793119: Cannot select proper timezone

The right fix for this bug is to include "Other" in the options for timezone selection. In my case, I am installing a en_US.UTF-8 server in Thailand. The instructions to go back and select a language of the timezone you are leads to the whole interface switching to Thai script.

Hi Steve, Just lending my support to adding UTC everywhere. Noticed that it was not present for en_US in the Stretch 9.0 installer. en_US + UTC is the logical choice for servers in English speaking countries imo. Thanks Michael
