Thank you Colin! I use you code and add some more changes.
Another problem is after clean install, when the apparmor config file
is empty and includes only comment, cqrlog post install script breaks
whole apparmor configuration. I have for find better solution than
modifying existing file.

Yes. The problem seems *not* to be systemd/upstart/init related, it is
more that apparmor files exist in /etc even when apparm

Debian uses systemd but latest Ubuntu LTS still uses upstart. I'd like
to keep compatibility with latest LTS version. Maybe there could be
two scripts, one for Ubunt
This is now fixed in unstable - package transition is unfortunately
blocked by a toolchain problem on arm* - so touching the bug to prevent
removal
