review of merging the autopkgtest stuff from Ubuntu. I'd be happy to give

For OpenStack, I need version >= 2.2 of python-kazoo. Could you please
package a newer version of it? If you don't have time, do you agree that
I do the work? Also, it'd be nice if you could have the package team
maintained in the future.
