I've added sddm to upstream's config file. The patch will be part of
needrestart 2.2.

I tested sddm display manager and had it restarted several times
accidentally, loosing my desktop session.
I now saw how to add it myself to config file in:
# Override service default selection (hash of regex).
$nrconf{override_
