I've added ARM64 to debian/ for upstream CI packages, but we don't have
any ARM64 hardware hooked up yet (we're in the process of buying some)
This support is only in git master (and was missing one ftbfs fix commit
when I checked last night).

An "ARM64 port of the Mono runtime" has been released under the MIT
licence, according to this announcement (31 Mar 2016):
