The build failure caused by JFlex has been fixed. I don't think there is
a license issue with the rsc files but for clarity it would be good to
explain this in debian/copyright.
eclipse-wtp is currently affected by a build failure caused by the
recent jflex upgrade, so it seems to me that the build does process
the grammars.
Regarding the rsc files, there are:
