The problem described by Sacrificial persists in 0.17-1.2. I've worked
around it locally by rebuilding with `Multi-Arch: foreign` added to the
binary section; no change in `Depends` was needed to make git:amd64
installable on an ot

Trying to install amd64 git (because git repack really likes VM) on a mostly
i386 system, apt gets all grumpy because the current package can't satisfy
an amd64 dependency.
But adding
Multi-Arch: foreign
Depends: perl:any
makes things
