I uploaded the fixed package to DELAYED/0 because I'd like to try to get
this fixed

Dear Maintainer,
The package currently doesn't include python-all-dev as a build dependency,
not allowing it to build the C module.
The error is also getting caught in setup.py so it doesn't cause the build to
fail, just produces pack
