I think we should probably leave 10-ssl.conf commented out all together.
While I prepare a new package that does this, you can do it youself by
placing a # at the beginning of every line in
/etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-ssl.conf which doesn't already have it and running
the install again. (If you are
