Control: retitle -1 zz-sys depends on Sys::MemInfo which is not packaged

when running logwatch with the zz-sys service enabled the following is
shown in the console:
No Sys::CPU module installed. To install, execute the command:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Sys::CPU'
