Dear Maintainer,
I've got the same issue. Trying to power off, gnome come back to some basic
theme. Then I have to press power-off button on my notebook, this way shut
dowin is fine.
Might be due by some old configuration file in

I update my Debian testing installation daily and since last weekend my
computer doesn't shut down anymore when I choose "Power down" in the
GNOME menu at the top right.
If I still have a GNOME terminal open, the terminal
