Just to confirm that, on my side, gnome-music is no longer affected by
this bug on a clean netinstall of Debian sid (as of 02/08/14).

First of, thanks for your update regarding the status of tracker. I have
since switched to sid to benefit from the whole GNOME 3.12 stack update.
Still after the tracker update and after performing a tracker-control
-r/-s, gnome-music is still unable to list any music.

The tracker bug you noticed is fixed in 1.0.2. It was released and
uploaded to sid on July 10. Due to an ongoing upower transition, it is
not yet in testing.
