There is no process in Debian for pre-approval. So you will be the expert on
the topic when you work

I had a chance to use great piece of software and would gladly take
maintain it but as upstream is dead already [1] thus the software
doesn't work nor will have future updates I suggest that this bug should
be closed. Thanks to submitter and keep searching more crazy stuff :).
