I've looked again into this and I have no clue how I could not
reproduce it before. Maybe I had disable certificate verification and
thus this part of code was not involved at all.

Hi,
I can duplicate this bug. I removed IPv4 access and only have IPv6. If
I have only local IPv4 access, then same thing happens.
$ osc -d co home:adamm
makeurl: https://api.opensuse.org ['source', 'home:adamm', '_meta'] []
GET https://api.opensuse.org/sou
Test I just described was performed with "osc 0.149.0-1".
