While the security message itself is mostly-OK, could you please make sure
it's displayed _once_?
As it is, it's shown once before installing/updating the package, and
another time during the actual installation. That's annoying; besides

A recent report discusses some issues with encfs. I do not have the
competence to judge it, but it is a good idea it at lease comes to the
users and package maintainers knowledge.
