is this still an issue for you? Upstream has to deside to skip the bug,
because they say, that they only want to support modern encryption standards.
And the bug was filed against 1.4.2. Much improvments where made in between,
so please recheck with a current v

recommended not to allow SSLv3 unless really necessary for some reason.
