At upstream's suggestion, I have tested Motif built without fix #1565 against different window managers and have been able to reproduce the original bug with LXDE, GNOME, KDE and Openbox. The bug does not occur with FluxBox, MWM, Unity or XFCE. Upstream are now working on fixing the remaining mis
