I am experiencing the same thing with current 3.34.1 version. Sometimes they
will work, then randomly stop working, then start working again. It's
completely unpredictable.

>From time to time, keyboard shortcuts stop working for a few seconds
(~5-20 seconds, it seems to depend on the occurence of the problem).
For example, my custom keyboard shortcut to start a terminal is C-A-S-x.
